mac application: spectro-hold-app1.zip

The spectro-hold was designed to analyze acoustic properties of space.    It can be used with a know frequency and amplitude like pink noise at – 6dB.  It then can make a recording of the known sample, flavored by the acoustic space being analyzed.  The two analyses can be compared.

The application can play samples, tone sweeps, noise file, and pulsed files displaying their spectral signature and hold on the screen.

The program can do real-time analysis or two recorded samples can be compared.  This way higher fidelity equipment can be utilized for the location playback and recording functions.
